David Dessert is a 10-year pancreatic cancer survivor.

David knew that his father carried the BRCA2 mutation, so he told his doctor, who developed a treatment plan accordingly. A genetic test later confirmed the presence of a BRCA2 mutation in David. He has educated himself about pancreatic cancer, and as a survivor shares his knowledge with others.
