Untire provides information on what causes fatigue, educational videos and tutorials, weekly reports to measure progress and access to a private online community of peers. The daily program consists of a tip and three sections: My themes includes topics like fear, worry, anxiety and sleep; My Exercises suggests stress-reducing mind-body activities such as breathing techniques; and My Physical Activity offers energy-boosting exercises.

Developed by psychologists, patients and researchers, the free app can be used by patients and survivors of any cancer type or stage.

Available in 25 countries, Untire is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. To learn more, visit untire.me.
