Life after breast cancer webinar

"I've finished treatment. What's next?"This is a question many oncology professionals have answered for their patients once treatment is over. While their answers may differ for each individual, there is some basic information that every patient should know. To help answer this question, Johns Hopkins is hosting a free webinar that will describe what breast cancer patients need to know for long-term survivorship, including recommended health and secondary cancer screenings, survivorship care planning and tips on what you need to know when returning to your primary care provider. Antonio Wolff, MD, a medical oncologist, and Kimberly Peairs, MD, a primary care physician, will be offering information and resources, as well as answering questions at the end of the webinar. All participants will get the chance to submit questions. The webinar will be online Sept. 11 from 7-8 p.m. Central. You can register at http://bit.ly/BCSurvivorshipWebinar1.While Johns Hopkins physicians will be offering their professional advice on what to know after treatment, what advice would you share to other patients?
