At Celgene, it’s my honor to work with incredibly brave patients who serve as ambassadors for our multiple myeloma therapies. They lead support meetings to assist other multiple myeloma patients with dealing with topics like the news of a diagnosis and coping with various aspects that are unique to each stage of their treatment. Multiple myeloma presents patients and caregivers with a challenging volume of medical information. In my patient marketing role, I help patients and caregivers better understand the treatment options that are available to them and provide them with resources to empower their voice while having nurse, doctor and pharmacist discussions about their multiple myeloma treatments.

I am honored to be participating in the Moving Mountains for Multiple Myeloma Patagonia Hike this year to raise awareness and support for all our inspiring patients and caregivers impacted by multiple myeloma.

Celgene and the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation are both committed to research efforts that continue to drive better treatment options for multiple myeloma patients. With my Patagonia team, I look forward to celebrating our collective efforts to, one day, hopefully eradicate this disease.
