Bio: Michael Andolino is the senior director and head of Human Resources of Epizyme. With over a decade of life sciences experience and a proven track record of developing high-growth pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies across multiple therapeutic areas, Michael leads a broad HR practice. His holistic approach to HR strategy integrates conceptual models, end-to-end processes and relational dynamics. Prior to joining Epizyme, Michael led Talent Acquisition at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals on a consulting basis for four years.
