Frequently Asked Subscription Questions

1. How do I subscribe to CURE?

Please visit https://cur.magserv.com to access our subscription form. Or you can fill out a subscription card from any of our magazines and mail to CURE, PO Box 16657, North Hollywood, CA 91615 or fax to 214-367-3306.

2. How can I change my address?

Please visit https://cur.magserv.com to change your mailing address. You will need your full name and address as it is written on your mailing label, your new address and customer number if it is available. This number can be found on the top left corner of your mailing label. You can also send a change of address to CURE, PO Box 16657, North Hollywood, CA 91615 or fax to 214-367-3306.

3. When will my subscription start?

Your first publication will be CURE's Cancer Resource Guide for newly diagnosed patients. You will begin receiving a regular issue of CURE with the next issue set to print. If the current issue out on stands is Summer, your subscription will start with Fall. We are a quarterly magazine.

4. How much will a subscription cost me?

CURE is free to cancer patients, their families and caregivers. We also provide free copies to cancer centers, hospitals and doctors offices. All others: Individual: USA (non-qualifying subscribers) and Canada $20, Rest of World $30. Library: $50. Institutions: USA and Canada $100, Rest of World $150. Checks should be made payable to CURE or fill out a paid subscription online at https://cur.magserv.com. International requests will not be processed without payment.

5. How do I remove myself from your list?

You can unsubscribe by filling out the form at  https://cur.magserv.com or you may mail us your information to be removed to CURE, PO Box 16657, North Hollywood, CA 91615 or fax to 214-367-3306.

6. Can I sign up a friend or family member?

Yes, just fill in the request form or subscription card and send in, following the same procedures as other subscriptions. A gift subscription option is available with a notification card to send the recipient.

7. Can you provide me with back issues?

All of our back issues are available online at http://www.curetoday.com/backissues/index.html. If you wish to obtain hard copies of back issues, they are $5 each and can be ordered by sending your check (payable to CURE) and request to CURE, Back Issues, 3500 Maple Ave, Suite 750, Dallas, TX 75219. If you would like to order by credit card, you can fax the form along with payment to 214-357-3306. Please note many back issues are no longer available. Someone will contact you if we are unable to fulfill your specific order.

8. I am part of a cancer center/hospital/doctor's office/support organization and want bulk copy subscription. How do I set this up?

You can fill out a bulk subscription request to https://cur.magserv.com. CURE can be shipped in quantities of 6 or 40. Your order will be ongoing each quarter until you cancel.

9. How do increase/decrease the number of bulk subscriptions I'm receiving?

Presently, we are unable to increase/reduce bulk subscriptions online, but are working on a solution. If you receive bulks of 6, you can cancel your subscription online and then resubscribe with the desired number of issues. If you receive boxes of 40 or more, please contact subs@curetoday.com. CURE can be shipped in quantities of 6 (6, 12, 18, etc) or 40 (40, 80, 120). Your order will be ongoing each quarter until you cancel.

10. How do I sign up for CUREXtra, get New Issue Alerts or learn more about the CURE Patient & Survivor Forums?

You can sign up www.curetoday.com/freesubscriptions/email/index.html to receive our monthly online publication and CURE Media Group updates.

11. How do I cancel CUREXtra, New Issue Alerts or other e-mail updates?

At the bottom of each e-mail sent is the option to remove yourself form that list.
